Privacy Policy
We keep this simple because it should be.
01
What we collect
We collect only what we need — nothing more.
- Email address — when you create an account.
- Usage data — which tools you use and session completions. This is how Solace learns to help you over time.
We do not sell your data. Ever. Full stop.
02
How we use it
- To save your session history and show you patterns over time (paid accounts).
- To send you the Lab newsletter — only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe any time.
- To understand how people use the tools so we can improve them.
03
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted services to run Solace:
- Clerk — handles authentication securely.
- Supabase — stores your session history and account data securely.
- Stripe — processes payments if you upgrade. We never see your card details.
No advertisers. No data brokers. No third-party analytics selling your behaviour.
04
Services we use
Solace is built on a small set of trusted services. Here is who they are and what they do with your data:
- Clerk — handles your account login and authentication. They never see your session content.
- Supabase — Supabase — stores your session history and account data securely.
- Vercel — hosts the Solace platform and processes web requests. They log standard request data such as IP addresses.
- Stripe — processes payments if you upgrade to Pro. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles all payment data directly.
- OpenAI — the three AI-powered tools (Clear Your Mind, Choose, and Break It Down) send your input to OpenAI to generate responses. We do not store the content of these conversations beyond your session. OpenAI's privacy policy governs this processing.
- Brevo — sends the Lab newsletter if you subscribed. Your email address is stored in Brevo's system.
None of these services are permitted to sell your data. We selected each one because they meet high privacy and security standards.
05
Your rights
- You can request a copy of your data at any time.
- You can delete your account and all associated data.
- Solace complies with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
- If you're in the EU, you have additional rights under GDPR.
